Approval has been received from the Kansas Corporation Commission allowing the conversion of the Seele C Unit #1 (2690’ FSL; 4290’ FEL Sec. 36-T10S-R34W, Thomas County, KS) into a saltwater disposal well. The well was originally drilled in December 2010 as an oil well. The new disposal well targets the Whitehorse formation and is authorized from a maximum 500 BWPD.
