The Kansas Corporation Commission has approved the drilling of the Nuss D #33-1
(1925’ FSL; 560’ FWL Sec. 33-T15S-R14W) located in Russell County, Kansas. The test will attempt to extend the boundary of the Nuss Field. The proposed well is located approximately 1.5 miles southeast of Milberger townsite. WW Drilling, LLC is slated to provide rotary drilling services. Plans are to drill the well to a depth sufficient to test the Arbuckle formation.
